Set up AFEX site to run with Dynamic-CD php server and MySQL from CD

Set up database and entry screens as well as complex calcualtion script to work out positions and produce a table with discards. Without a login/password you will not be able to edit the tables, however you can produce the race results for a series and view some statistics. This latter is an example of using the graph drawing package jpgraph on database information.
